Located at 247 West 30th Street, the facility has undergone significant upgrades since its acquisition earlier this year. The expansion includes increased production space, new testing capabilities, and a growing local team, allowing us to carry out more refurbishments and technical support services directly on site.
We recognise New York is one of the most demanding elevator markets in the world, where reliability, speed, and technical expertise are essential. Having a fully equipped service center in Manhattan enables us to respond immediately, reducing downtime, and provide hands-on support while maintaining the rigorous testing standards that define NDC globally.
This new Service Center strengthens our presence across the United States and reflects NDC’s long-term commitment to the North American market. By investing in local infrastructure and experienced engineers, we continue to build service capabilities that deliver real value to our customers.
