What services do we offer?

  • Standard Repair of your failed drive – 2-year warranty
  • Service Exchange of your failed drive with a refurbished drive – 2-year warranty
  • Supply of a Refurbished drive – 2-year warranty

What is a Service Exchange?

Simply send us an order and we will send you a fully refurbished unit with a 2-Year Warranty. Once you have fitted the replacement unit, return the faulty drive to us.

What drives do we repair?

How can we guarantee 100% repairs?

As our test facility simulates the drive’s operation within the elevator system, this allows us to pin-point faults on any drives we repair with absolute accuracy. Consequently, we are the only 3rd party repairer in the world that we know, outside of OEMs, that can guarantee that your machine will be fully operational when re-installed.

What warranties do we offer?

We offer a 24-month warranty on our Supply, Service Exchange, Repairs and Refurbished products.

Where do we ship to?

As well as shipping throughout the UK, we ship through our international network of partners to locations in France, Germany, Scandinavia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, North America, Central America, South America, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific regions.
